Privacy for registration

What we store. When you register for the Foundry Pop-up on 25 October 2026, we store your name, email address, chosen arrival window, the number in your party, optionally your jacket size and a message, the time you registered and, at the door, the time you arrive. The page sets no cookies and uses no tracking.
Why. Solely to organise this event: guest list, seating, wine and entry, and to write to you with questions about this date (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Only Tim sees the list. We pass it to no one.
Future dates. Only if you tick the box for it will we email you about future Foundry dates (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw that consent at any time, through the contact form or by replying to one of our emails.
Where. The data is kept on our own server with Hetzner Online GmbH in its Nuremberg data centre, Germany. A data processing agreement with Hetzner is in place. None of it leaves the European Union. For each new registration Tim receives a short notice with the arrival window and party size, without any name or email address.
Protection against misuse. To prevent mass submissions we count, for no more than ten minutes and in memory only, how often a connection sends the form. For this we use a pseudonymised short value, never the IP address itself (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long. All registrations are deleted automatically on 2 November 2026. Addresses for which you have consented to future information are kept until you withdraw. We do not photograph guests.
Your rights. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. A message through the contact form is enough. Complaints can be made to the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
